In November 2010, TVN Warszawa – one of the largest TV channels in Poland – run its new web portal. Comprehensive execution and implementation of this project had been entrusted to our company.

Portal www.tvnwarszawa.pl is focused on every day life of Warsaw and mazowieckie voivodeship. Here, internet users can find news and information on events, which take place in capital and region. They can feel the cultural rhythm of the city (news on cultural life, theatre and cinema premiers, openings, museum exhibitions), as well as checking current fuel prices, weather (meteo service) and using local ads section. City Informer section provides information on services and descriptions of interesting places. TVN Warszawa watchers can also find channel’s telecast in web portal.

At www.tvnwarszawa.pl one will be able to find thematic services – we have provided portal’s redactors with tools to dynamically redact sections, write and group news from Poland and around the world such as elections

Web portal contains social and interactive mechanisms. Warsaw’s people can use forum to discuss different matters connected to their city and region. They can participate in polls and questionnaires or vote in rankings. Registered users can also participate in generation of portal’s content by adding news and other materials on their profiles. These materials can also be viewed by unregistered users. TVN Warszawa’s redaction can use most interesting content and publish it on main page. This can persuade beginning reporters to write on their profiles. Thanks to integration with Facebook, Facebook users can add their materials without the need of registration in www.tvnwarszawa.pl.

While working on TVN Warszawa’s portal, web usability standards were kept in mind. Internet service was divided to thematic blocks disposed in user-friendly manner. Portal’s functional layout makes it easier for users to search and navigate through web pages. Graphic layout is compatible with visual identification of TVN Warszawa brand.
www.tvnwarszawa.pl web portal is based on Veneo’s own framework veoFrame. It is managed by veoC2MS (Veneo Content&Community Management System).
