Community & consulting service www.trochetechniki.pl is a great idea for those who want to share their technical experience with others. You’re not an expert? You can simply search for advices or just ask the question. The Portal was launched in May 2009 as a result of cooperation between our agency and Onet.pl Group. We’ve completely prepared and implemented the project.
There are three main sections: “Handbook”, “Instructions” and “Problems”. Users are able to include the following types of content: “Photos”, “Computers”, “Mobile”, “Programs”, “RTV”. Your knowledge will be definitely awarded - the editorial staff can grant you with the “expert” status.
The portal is also fully integrated with the forum. There is the possibility of treating the issues as problems, and selected answers as solutions – the right for that is in the hands of the topic’s creator. The editors can also recommend some issues by giving them the “glued” status – after that marked topics are displayed at the top of the site.
In the cooperation with the client we’ve prepared the website’s functionalities and also created clear and eye-friendly design. Our agency has based the project on the latest usability standards used commonly in web 2.0 solutions. We’ve supported the service with our own Content&Community Management System - veoC2MS. Veneo has also implemented the site and integrated it with the technical environment of Onet.pl Portal.
