Project description:
In January 2008 we have released the www.traugutta20.com website. The project has been launched to support apartments marketing and sales activities for the Traugutta20 investment, managed by the Property Krakow Group, a market leading specialist in real estate development, consultancy and sales in Krakow.
The project is named Traugutta20 and it is a contemporary residential develop-ment, comprising of only 17 efficiently designed apartments and a single ground floor commercial space. The development combines architectural simplicity with the use of modern high standard materials creating a highly desirable and unique opportunity to enter Krakow’s buoyant property market.
The www.traugutta20.com website was designed to create and maintain favorable public image of the investment and to allow the website owners to market their investment and to reach the target group. The most important goal was to create graphically interesting but at the same time functional and visually appealing product. This site is a full flash website which also utilises ActionScript 3 and 3D exterior building visualization.
Scope of the work undertaken during project realization:
- graphic project development,
- 3D exterior building visualization,
- website integration with Veneo Content&Community Managemet System (veoC2MS).
The website comes complete with a simple Content Management System allowing the client to make changes as and when required and allowing the website administrators to easily and quickly update information about apartment’s availability. It makes the management of offers simple and time saving.
Website has been released in two language versions – English and Polish.
