www.dotacje-dla-firm.pl is a new platform allowing entrepreneurs to communicate with experts on the field of attaining European Union funds. It was made for people running their businesses, who want to benefit from EU bailouts and for consultants specialized in attaining them.
Entrepreneurs, by using the intelligent search engine, can easily access information about specific subvention. They are grouped in database according to european programs. Entrepreneurs specify the parameters of project in two steps. Basing on this, the system proposes the best possible solutions and points out related subvention programs. After picking his option, businessman is able to contact expert directly. System leads enquiries precisely to the consultants that specialize in specific area and are located closest to the firm.
Consultants, by using platform, are obtaining contacts to potential clients. In the administration panel they receive messages from people searching for specific subvention. Expert can register in the service on a STANDARD or PREMIUM account. This choice conditions the amount and range of contact data received.
Communication between people interested in subventions and consultants is also held on the internet forum, where the threads with experts’ answers can be marked.
Payable articles are also part of the platform. They are located in MATERIALS. Thanks to the implementation of dictionary, users can easily access definitions of unknown terms. Publications content is available after sending text message with defined code.
Another modules are: PAYMENTS and INVOICING. First one is used by consultants to pay fixed fees and buy points packages, which allows to use payable platform functions. Second module makes invoicing more efficient – invoices for platform services can be generated automatically or, depending on needs, made manually.
dotacje-dla-firm.pl project was realized solely by our firm. Before programming, we arranged service from the functional and ergonomic side using the newest WebUsability standards. We have developed the logo interacting with symbols of European Union. We have also proposed clear and neat graphic layout. www.dotacje-dla-firm.pl platform was build basing on veoC2MS (Veneo Content&Community Management System) – our original system for managing content and communication in internet solutions.
