Project description:

At the beginning of February 2008 we have released career paths visualization system developed for Raiffeisen Bank Poland. The main goal of the project was to develop a user friendly application that gives a possibility to create and edit career paths for bank’s employees and allows presenting them with graphic diagrams on all major browsers.

The system helps to plan career possibilities for employees of the bank main office as well as regional branches. Human Resources department’s staff can use the system to create dynamic diagrams illustrating promotion possibilities and professional development paths inside the Raiffeisen Bank Poland – together with presentations of needed knowledge and skills. Thanks to the system all activities undertaken by Human Resources department and career planning processes are more effective.

System includes two, fully integrated components: career paths graphic presentation module and content management module. Presentation component has been developed using Adobe Flex - advance technology which enables to create expressive, high-performance applications that run identically on all major browsers and operating systems. Flex technology enables to create engaging, interactive, expressive applications that dramatically enhance user experience, revolutionizing the way people interact with the web. The second module – content management systems – allows to create, define and edit the system elements as well as to create individual career paths for the particular positions.

Career paths visualization system created for Raiffeisen Bank Poland enables a possibility to create, edit and manage graphic diagrams in user friendly manner. System allows to work with application elements definitions, descriptions and names as well as with shapes of the particular diagrams. Each user of the system can individually create layout of every path configuration. All data entered into the system during the editing process are automatically displayed on the front-end of the system. Both modules are fully accessible on any of the internet websites browsers and the modules layout has been uniformed to assure graphic cohesion and effective usability.

Application is part of the corporation’s intranet.
