Project description:

In order to meet the needs of very diversified and rich English labour market, we have undertook the project to make intranet system for FastTrack temp employment agency. Project’s aim was to make an advanced system which allows comprehensive management of firm’s operations in every segment and field of its activity. Due to implementation of our application several other tools and programs used for client service were withdraw.

Umbrella includes a huge database of candidates and firms supported by CRM (customer relationship management). Thanks to that, clients, temporary workers and candidates are operated fast and efficient.

One of the greatest advantage of system is document administration: application saves every client contact, allows to check where and when the person worked before, and even what was its wage. Moreover, application allows to generate documents based on templates as well as post invoices over internet. Prompt system notifies clients to comply with formalities. What is more, system enhances communication by integrating itself with prompts over SMS.

The huge convenience for users is intelligent search engine, which can find information about specific client even upon post code

User’s interface was made using Flex.

From now on, all administrative affairs will be conducted faster and more efficient.
