Expectations:
The Client was interested in the complex service including acquaintance with the existing information flow and business processes, its improvement and proposal for the consolidated IT solution that would improve the company's acts.

Solution/ Project description
The analysts of Veneo spend a few weeks in the Client's headquarters to get to know the way of his functioning, existing IT solutions and functional characteristic of each position. Based on this information, there the definition of new system was developed that improved work on each level and position in the company. The creation of the functional mockups of the system was the second step in the project realization. It allows to introduce the Client to the system functioning before its implementation.
The implementation was performed at the time of changeable legislative conditions, what caused that the first assumptions were changed a few times. In spite of all, the project was implemented as a whole in due time.

Advantages
The Bar2 effectiveness increased as a result of system implementation. In spite of a 30% decrease in employment, the company's sales increased to 20% within 3 months after implementation, and it is still keeping this tendency.
